Oriya Djebli

Oriya Djebli has been an Attorney at the Paris Bar since November 2025.

Her background, at the intersection of legal and financial challenges, is a significant asset for Dive. Drawing on 7 years of prior experience in accounting and finance, she offers a practical and operational understanding of the issues faced by executives.

Since then, Oriya has been committed to providing demanding and dedicated support to the firm's clients. She advises executives and investors on their structuring transactions (fundraising, restructurings, divestitures), as well as in managing shareholder relations (governance and conflict resolution). She works daily alongside Anne Déchamps and Sylvain Clavé. 

This approach is underpinned by specialized training in corporate tax law (Master 2 – Université Toulouse Capitole) and in distressed company law (DU – Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).

Outside the firm, she maintains a personal balance through regular indoor cycling and fitness activities.
