Regulated profession

The members of the DIVE association are lawyers registered with the Paris Bar. They are subject to the professional rules governing the legal profession, notably Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971, reforming certain judicial and legal professions, as well as Decree No. 91-1197 of November 27, 1991, organizing the legal profession.

The applicable ethical rules can be consulted on the website of the National Council of Bars (www.cnb.avocats.fr), as well as in the National Internal Regulations (RIN) and the Internal Regulations of the Paris Bar (RIBP).

Professional Indemnity Insurance

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971, and Decree No. 91-1197 of November 27, 1991, the lawyers of the DIVE association benefit from professional civil liability insurance and client funds representation subscribed by the Paris Bar for its members.
