Germain Chaux has been a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since April 2024 and is a graduate of Jean Moulin Lyon III University.
He advises regulated entities in the financial sector (FinTechs, asset management professionals, crowdfunding, and crypto) on their compliance issues and the implementation of French and European regulatory frameworks.
He also assists entrepreneurs and investors with corporate law matters (fundraising, management packages, and managing shareholder disputes) and legal structuring for private investment vehicles, particularly in the context of operations such as club deals.
His practice also includes contract negotiation and drafting to support the firm's clients in securing and developing their regulated activities.
