Anne Déchamps specializes in corporate law, M&A, and shareholder disputes. A lawyer since 2013, she advises executives, entrepreneurs, and groups on their strategic operations. As the founder of Dive, she adopts an approach that is technical, pragmatic, and business-oriented.
She began her career in-house, abroad, to understand the expectations of executives in a demanding international context. Then, for 9 years, she practiced in France as an associate in the corporate finance department of business law firms, first in Paris and then nationally. She founded her own firm, Anne Déchamps Avocat, in early 2022, and then Dive in 2026.
Her career path has enabled her to develop solid expertise in complex transactions, such as sensitive situations involving governance issues or shareholder negotiations.
She is trained in business mediation by CMAP.
Accustomed to working alongside executives and investors, Anne is particularly valued for her ability to secure transactions while maintaining a strategic and operational perspective on her clients' challenges. Responsive, committed, and accessible, she prioritizes support based on trust, risk anticipation, and the search for effective solutions to foster business development.
She is an active member of the Kite & Connect entrepreneurs' club.
